The Invisible Hands That Feed Us
The Invisible Hands that Feed Usis a traveling exhibit that explores the life of the migrant workforce in Carver County. Beginning in 1920, migrant workers played, and play, an important role in the agriculture economy, yet due to their lifestyle they remain nearly invisible. Learn why migrant workers come to Carver County, what their work is like, how they live, and the impact they have on our economy. This traveling exhibit is easy to set up and take down. It is written in Spanish and English. Contact the CCHS Curator for more information or to schedule the exhibit. (952) 442-4234
